The Platform is a networking and facilitation service that enables Candidates to request referrals from Referrers.

The Platform does not guarantee:

• Any referral
• Any interview
• Any job offer

Referrals are entirely voluntary and at the sole discretion of Referrers.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

By registering, you confirm that:

• All information provided is accurate
• You will use the Platform for lawful purposes only

Candidates

• May purchase tokens or subscriptions to access Platform features
• May request referrals from Referrers

Referrers

• May choose to accept or decline referral requests
• Are not obligated to provide referrals

Candidates may purchase tokens to access certain features of the Platform.

Tokens

• Are non-transferable
• Have no cash value
• Cannot be redeemed for money

Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

Purchasing tokens does not guarantee referral acceptance or hiring.

Referrers may receive non-monetary incentives such as:

• Platform credits
• Limited-value gift cards
• Premium access

Incentives are not tied to Candidate payments and do not constitute employment.

No direct payments between users are allowed.

Users must not:

• Sell or purchase referrals directly
• Use fake accounts or bots
• Misrepresent information
• Spam users
• Violate employer policies

Instarefer is not a recruitment agency and does not guarantee jobs.

Users are responsible for their interactions and compliance with employer rules.

Instarefer is not liable for referral outcomes or hiring decisions.

Accounts violating terms may be suspended.

All content belongs to Instarefer.
